Most modules of the Platinum C++ framework can be compiled for any platform that provides an ISO C++ implementation, the system dependent parts of Pt are designed to be very portable. The Pt build process supports a variety of platforms and compilers. The supported operating systems include Windows 2000/XP/Vista, Windows Mobile 5.x/6.x, Linux, MacOS-X, AIX, Solaris and QNX. Big-endian as well as little-endian architectures are supported, including X86, X86-64, PPC, Sparc, ARM, MIPS and SH. 64-bit support is available for the respective platforms.
